Workout with your friends and get delicious, one-of-a kind sandwiches! The Student Recreation & Wellness Center (SRWC) hosts monthly “Learn to Lift” series where students can learn top notch fitness skills with the help of trainers and coaches.

The SRWC’s Squats and Sandwiches day is next-up in the “Learn to Lift” line-up. It offers ready-to-work students the opportunity to branch out, test-out, and get-down with new fitness techniques.

All students are welcome to join the event and bring their exercise buddies for added fun. Don’t miss out on the chance to perfect your gym form and go home with a free out-of-this-world lunch!

The activities will take place on March 10, in the SRWC main Gym from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
