Visit Beach Balance at the Student Recreation & Wellness Center (SRWC) to earn points throughout the year. With each unique visit, you will earn points; earn 20 points and you will receive a Beach Balance t-shirt! Check out all the ways that you can reward yourself with wellness below:

• Book and receive a free chair massage (earn 3 points)
• Participate in our daily wellness activities (earn 1 point)
• Participate in one of our monthly events (earn 5 points).
• Use a self-assessment tool (earn 2 points).
• Refill your reusable water bottle with our alkaline water (earn 1 point)
• Bring a friend to Beach Balance (earn 3 points)

The Beach Balance staff will track your points for you, and any participant can ask about their point totals with a Beach Balance staff member.
