Whether you're a rock climbing master or a curious rookie, join the Student Recreation & Wellness Center's (SRWC) Rock & Outdoor Adventure (ROA) to learn technical rock climbing skills during free weekly classes! Dress ready to climb and move around as you put your skills to the test. Join us for Climbing 201: Belay Basics April 10 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the SRWC Rock Wall as you learn the basic trainings on top-rope climbing, knots, belaying and knowing your way around equipment! All necessary climbing gear is provided by the ROA department. Classes are in-person and are first-come, first-served, so make sure to arrive early! Are you a seasoned climber and looking for more of a challenge? Custom/advanced climbing classes are available upon request for $17 per student or $22 per non-student!
