This class utilizes the Pilates Reformer in a group setting. The reformer is one of the main pieces of pilates equipment that offers spring resistance to further strengthen the body as a whole. Improve your posture and bring balance to your body. Many of the same exercises done in a pilates mat class are performed on the reformer to increase flexibility, strength and control without adding bulk.
